Fall Newsletter

Hoping the summer brought you plenty of good gatherings and outdoor-enjoyment.

Looking ahead, there's some exciting goings-on this fall:

Friends of the Bog is back in the studio, working on the follow-up to last year's Lyra. Check out a live session filmed by Means of Productions here. Friends of the Bog will be opening for Howling Bells frontwoman, Juanita Stein at Schubas Tavern on October 30th.

Vender & The Cobras is putting out a new full-length album, The Lion's Boy, the product of a few months of dedicated recording earlier this year. The Lion's Boy was written by Matt Beard, with whom I co-produced the record. The release show is slated for October 9th at Begyle Brewing.

Final mixing is being done on Hal Baum's full-length follow-up to last year's Holding Hands Underwater. The album, entitled Chalkboard Guitar, was co-produced by Hal and myself.

Nire Nah just finished filming her first music video, "Citizens of Atlantis," off her debut album, Coeur Age. For more Nire news, check out nirenah.com
